My Story Writer supports a Full Screen Mode for working within the editors. There are a couple of different ways to work in full screen mode.
1. Basic full screen. In this mode all of the reference panes at the sides and the bottom will be minimized but still available for use. To use a reference pane that is minimized, highlight the reference pane tab to expand the pane. When you are done within the pane move the mouse out of the pane and the pane will collapse. In this mode the ribbonbar is still completely visible.
2. Extended Full Screen Mode. In this mode the reference panes are collapsed as above but the ribbonbar is collapsed as well. When the ribbonbar is collapsed the ribbon tabs will still be visible but the toolbars and buttons will not. To expand a collapsed ribbonbar, click a ribbon tab, this will extend the ribbon allowing access to the toolbars and buttons. To minimize the ribbon again just cllick off of the ribbonbar.
3. Complete Full Screen Mode. In this mode the ribbon is collapsed and the reference panes are closed. In this mode the reference panes aren't available for use. To close reference panes select the close button at the top of each reference pane. Reference panes can be re-opened by selecting the appropriate pane from the reference pane menu on the Quick Access Toolbar to the right of the application button.
